Crunches:

Pretend you are riding a bike while alternating between the right elbow and left knee and left elbow and right knee. A good set and rep scheme would be three sets of twenty repetitions.

It is important to note that although a very versatile muscle group your abs get a great workout by doing other weight lifting exercises. Don’t over train your abs, you must treat them like any other body part if you want them to really pop out.
