Burning fat naturally
In this time and age, people often wonder “how in the world could anyone set aside enough time to go to the gym and work those flabby thighs and that jiggling mid-section off?” Aside from that, gym rates are escalating as well. There may be special sign-up promos that can get you in for free, but then you still have to set aside money to actually get to the gym. Besides, you still need to buy gym apparel if you are really set on working your heart out and that too costs money. Fortunately, there are many ways on how to burn fat naturally, safely and inexpensively. All it takes is a little change in general health outlook and yes, a bit of change in the diet.
One of the best ways to burn fat naturally is by first wanting to lose that additional lifesaver around your tummy. There is a huge difference in wishing for a trimmer figure and actually wanting one so badly that you are willing to go on a healthy diet and an even healthier exercise regimen. Mindset is important since we all know how difficult it is to get to out target weight. Half-hearted measures are worse than taking no action at all; since the former is bound to lead us into a more depressed state, which will lead us to eat more; which will lead us to not exercise at all… I think you get the picture already. As they say, “if you want it, then get it.”
One way to burn fat naturally is to consume more tea, particularly hot green tea. Actually, any kind of tea is still quite good as fat burning agents. You can choose from black, white, oolong and pu-erh tea as well. Herbal tea or tisane works great too. You may be skeptical about this, especially if you are already a regular tea drinker; and as far as you know, you have not shed a single pound yet.
But here’s the thing, you need to consume tea either by itself or sweetened by natural fruit, milk or artificial sweeteners. Iced tea may taste better, but hot tea is the best if you really want to shed some pounds. Try to skip normal sugar in your cup of tea as this can cause you to feel hungry. Lemon or milk in your hot beverage works fine too. If you rather like strong fruity flavors, we recommend drinking tisane instead. Artificial sweeteners can help your drink taste more palatable.
You also need to skip the accompanying sweets or snacks that you usually take with tea. A slice (or two) of blueberry cheesecake with a pot of tea is not exactly the way to a slimmer figure you know. If you want something to take with your hot drink, grab a fruit instead (emphasis on “a” fruit, which means only one.) An apple or banana would be good. If you want the blueberry, try the fresh kind, without the sweeteners and only measure about ¼ of a cup at each serving.
Now tea may be a wonderful way to burn fat naturally, but not all tea based drinks will help you on the way to a slender derriere. Skip the bottled tea drinks as these are loaded with sugar. Check the ingredients on the bottle and you will see just how much sugar you are consuming. Also, hot tea should be slowly used to substitute for all your unhealthy drinks. Beer is a number one no-no. Colas and other cold beverages should also make their way out of your diet. Most of these are loaded with enough sugar to make you feel hungry each and every time you take a sip.
