4. Work on your cardio. There is a common misconception out there that working on your cardio is not good for building muscle. This is totally false. Actually cardio workouts are a way to get larger muscles because they speed up recovery and keep your heart and lungs in good condition.
5. Stretch for 1/2 the time that you lift weights. Stretching keeps the muscle long and lowers your chances of getting wounded while training. Additionally without stretching your muscles with shorten and you may actually start to perform worse. Stretching is an absolute must if you’d like to get larger muscles.
