2. Deadlifting

It’s important you deadlift properly to avoid injury, so what you’re going to do is keep your eyes forward and chest out while you’re gripping the bar on the floor. Make sure you have your feet shoulder with apart and when you’re ready, push up with your heels to lift the weight. Don’t make the mistake of lifting with your arms, see them as just pulleys for the weight.
