			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Are you sick and tired of not getting the kind of results you want?  Does it look like no matter how hard you&#8217;re employed in the gym or the amount of protein shakes that you consume you still don&#8217;t have the ideal beach body?  Well listen up, the next five tips that I am on the point of revealing will not only help you to get bigger muscles but they are going to help you get bigger muscles quickly, safely and efficiently. </p>
<p> If you&#8217;re not doing, even just one of these tips, then you are making it extraordinarily hard for yourself to create muscle. </p>
<p> Ok, so let&#8217;s get larger muscles. </p>
<p> 1.  Commitment.  It takes a good deal of dedication to build muscle.  Commit to training 3-4 times per week.  This is enough to excite and strain the muscles and permit them to grow.  Once you go home rest the muscles and allow them recover with a protein shake.  Repeat it. </p>
<p> 2.  Focus on the main muscle groupings.  Too many weight lifters out there focus way too much of their time and energy on the triceps and biceps.  These are feeble muscles and by targeting only on them you will build puny muscles.  Instead work your large muscles like the chest, back, shoulders etc with compound exercises like dead lifts and squats.  By building up your big muscles you have better method and can perform more reps and sets, therefore allowing you to get larger muscles. </p>

<p> 4.  Work on your cardio.  There is a common misconception out there that working on your cardio is not good for building muscle.  This is totally false.  Actually cardio workouts are a way to get larger muscles because they speed up recovery and keep your heart and lungs in good condition. </p>
<p> 5.  Stretch for 1/2 the time that you lift weights.  Stretching keeps the muscle long and lowers your chances of getting wounded while training.  Additionally without stretching your muscles with shorten and you may actually start to perform worse.  Stretching is an absolute must if you&#8217;d like to get larger muscles.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So you would like to build huge muscles?  Easy isn&#8217;t it?  Just join a gymnasium and hit those weights constantly and viola, in a couple of months, you may gain so much muscular mass you are ready to take on any muscle building contest.  Is it really that easy to build large muscles?  Well, to gain muscle mass, there is much more than merely going to the gymnasium constantly.  These are some muscles mass gaining tips:-</p>
<p> 1) Eat and Eat &#8211; To build muscles, you must eat.  Your calorie consumption must be more than your calorie spending.  If you expand all the calories you have eaten, then where are the calories to build muscles? </p>
<p> 2) Protein &#8211; Ensure that you eat enough protein.  You should eat one gram of protein per pound  of your body weight everyday if you&#8217;d like to gain muscle mass fast.  If you don&#8217;t get sufficient protein, your muscles won&#8217;t grow gigantic. </p>
<p> 3) Supplement &#8211; If you cannot have satisfactory protein from your ordinary meals, supplement with protein shakes.  If you would like more strength so that you can lift heavier weights to grow larger muscles, take Creatine supplement. </p>
<p> 4) Resistance Training &#8211; You must lift with heavy weights and to add on more weight constantly to progressively build your muscles.  Nonetheless it is very important not to sacrifice correct lifting methods and form for the sake of lifting heavier. </p>

<p> Eating is the first basic step in gaining muscles swiftly.  You&#8217;ve got to consume plenty of calories.  You must aim for getting about two grams of protein per bodyweight and 2-3 grams of carbs per bodyweight.  This will be responsible for most of your calories. </p>
<p> A great example of this would be if you weighed 2 hundred pounds.  You would consume about 400 grams of protein and about 400-600 grams of carbs.  This may be spread out evenly throughout the day. </p>
<p> If you start to notice that you are gaining fat instead of muscles, cut back on some of the calories.  The name of the game is to put on muscle quickly, not fat.  You must eat 8-11 meals per day.  I&#8217;m sure that may appear like plenty of eating.  If you can not eat that much, take it down a nick to maybe six or 7 meals. </p>

<p> Exercising is the next step in gaining muscles quickly .  to put on muscle mass as fast as practicable you should target the core lifts.  Core lifts includes bench press, squats, shoulder press, and dead lifts.  Doing these exercises will end up in your working the major muscle collection, which is how you are going to gain a large amount of muscle mass quickly . </p>

<p> Firstly, eat well and avoid too many carbohydrates.  Protein and fats is the key to building muscle quickly .  When you work out, the muscle fibers are &#8220;damaged&#8221; slightly.  When you are feeling sore, it&#8217;s an indication that you have done some of this good &#8220;damage&#8221;.  Protein helps to repair the fibers and in doing so , will bulk you up. </p>
<p> Protein is critical if you want to learn how to create muscle fast.  My recommendation is to try the variability of shakes out there and the best ones consist of whey protein. </p>
<p> Secondly, ensure you get a good workout.  There isn&#8217;t any sense in doing forty or 50 repetitions &#8212; this is a sure fire way to not learn the way to add muscle fast.  You&#8217;ll soon realize after a matter of a few weeks when you do not build any muscle at all! </p>
<p> The key to getting a useful workout is to perform about eight to twelve repetitions per set.  And when you reach that final repetition in the set, you should not be in a position to do another one.  You should be at failure and fully unable to do another one.  If you can, then you&#8217;re simply not using enough weight and need to extend it.  This is the most effective way to work out with weights and will give the most fast growth in muscle tissue. </p>
<p> Ultimately, motivation is very important.  Diet and exercise routines are the key in learning the best way to increase muscle quickly, but you can&#8217;t achieve any of it unless you have got the correct incentive.  Ensure your head is in gear first.  Ask &#8212; why do I want to create muscle? If it is simply to get one girl, forget it! </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Whether you are just starting out or have been going to the gymnasium for a long time there is one thing everybody wants to know, the simple way to add muscle fast.  The muscle building strategies of the super fit; those overachievers who can gain 10 lbs in two weeks are not as heavily protected as you might think.  You have to understand where to look and who to chat to.  </p>
<p> Most of us have spent a fortune on all of the must have muscle gainers and lean mean cutting additions, only to be disappointed with the results we are getting.  For people who&#8217;ve been muscle-building for some time, you know exactly what I&#8217;m talking about.  </p>
<p> Not too far back, I became one of the lucky ones.  I learned the strategies to simply building huge amounts of lean muscle very quickly, and I need to pass some of that info on to you so you too can be &#8220;one of the lucky ones.&#8221;</p>
<p> Below are some of my favourite tips on building muscle quickly.  </p>
<p> Suggestions to add muscle quickly:</p>
<p> &#8211; Try hard though not long:</p>
<p> If you work your muscle hard ( keep a high force ) but do not overwork them, you may require them to grow, although not make them so tired that you slow the healing process.  </p>
<p> &#8211; Eat Protein and carbs:</p>
<p> Don&#8217;t cut carbohydrates, especially post workout.  Your muscles need carbohydrates and protein so as to reconstruct after each exercise.  Give them the fuel they need , particularly shortly after you leave the gym.  </p>
<p> &#8211; Compound Exercises:</p>
<p> Do more compound exercises rather than focusing on precise muscle collections.  This is going to help to build all your muscle groups at once, rather than each group one at a time.  This can also add muscle groups together, making them work in association with each other, something that you won&#8217;t get with isolation exercises.  </p>
<p> &#8211; Use Free Weights:</p>
<p> Using free weights will force your muscle to work harder to stabilise the weights where machines do the stabilization for you.  Stabilizing the weights while you lift will make you gain even more muscle faster than if you&#8217;re using a locked down machine.  </p>
<p> &#8211; Drink Water:</p>
<p> You must be hydrated if you would like your muscles to grow.  Make sure you are drinking a lot of water if you are exercising to create muscle.  </p>

<p> Step 1</p>
<p> One of the simplest things you can do to build chest muscles is just regular old press ups.  If you already have some type of resistance training programme, press ups doubtless will not do too much for you ( although they can help you give definition to your muscles once they begin to grow ), but if you&#8217;re only starting out, an easy press up or maybe better an inclined press up can get you started. </p>
<p> Step 2</p>
<p> Less of a particular exercise but more of a general work out tip is to use free weights to build chest muscles rather than a weight machine.  Many gymnasiums have more weight machines than free weights nowadays, but you will still get a better workout pumping iron the old fashioned way.  Having to manipulate and lift the weight through different angles of movement means your muscles get a radical workout, and also you tend to get more of them concerned meaning you gain in a lot of different areas. </p>
<p> Step 3</p>
<p> Isolate your muscle collections.  Your chest is not just made from one muscle, so if you can isolate and work the groups separately, you&#8217;ll see far faster and bigger gains in your quest to build chest muscle than the average joe does.  Your chest is split into upper and lower chest, and also inner and outer &#8211; you can work out the upper chest with inclined dumbbell and inclined barbell presses, your lower chest with dropped barbell bench presses and dips on the parallel bars, your inner chest with some standing wire crossovers, and your outer chest with the flat bench press and flat dumbbell. </p>
<p> Step 4</p>
<p> Lift till you can&#8217;t lift any more.  The only way to get maximum returns if you want to build chest muscles is literally to lift till your muscles refuse to work anymore.  This is perilous, and that&#8217;s the reason why it should be tried if you have somebody spotting for you.  This indicates that when your muscles quit they can grab the bar and return it to safety rather than letting it pin you to the bench or whatever.</p>
