What Should I Eat to Gain Muscle
If you want to gain muscle, then you need to eat more than you do now. I am not talking about overeating, because that is a good way to get fat. I am talking about eating good healthy food 6 times a day with the right portions. I know this sounds like a lot for some and not to mention many of you will think you do not have that amount of time during your day. It is possible, you just need to plan your meals out good.
If your body type is a faster metabolism, then you will need to eat more calories, stay away from carbs, just eat more protein. If you have the right amounts of food types in your diet, then it will build leaner looking muscle. The biggest thing you need to remember here is simple, if you want to gain muscle, you need to eat more than usual.
To start things off, you are going to need to pick up a food scale. Every time you eat a meal, you need to measure how much food you are eating and calculate the total. If you don’t measure your food intake, then you won’t know if its too much or too little?
If you guess how much you eat, it could have bad results. Every time you aren’t going to get it right. When you start measuring your meals, it will get easier every time.
The usual breakfast, lunch and dinner plan will not work anymore. If you are wanting to pack on muscle, then you need to keep a steady flow of nutrients and energy coming in. Three meals a day is not going to give you that. So you are going to have to up your food intake to eating every 2-3 hours a day, giving you 5-6 meals a day.
